More Uzbek treats tonight from our neighbors: Samsa (or Uzbek samosas). Wikipedia has lots to say about the variants of samosas throughout Asia. I am thinking there's some kind of geometry thing going on there--why all these triangles and pyramids? A possible investigation for my math students?
PS: They were flaky and delicious...
