ready, set, knead

A friend and I got inspired to set up a series of Saturday cooking classes to help while away the winter months. This afternoon was Class #1: Basic Bread Making, taught by yours truly.

A fine, floury time was had by all, I think.

Next up: Aloo parathas in 2 weeks.
