Plov evening

This evening we spent a delightful time with friends as they prepared plov (or pilaf) for us all. Kids played, we talked, and the huge pot of rice, meat, carrots and cumin bubbled....

At last we sat down to huge plates of plov with a lovely salad on the side. It was fantastic..
